Request for Bids
Nottawa Township is seeking bids for lawn mowing of the township properties for a two-year cycle, beginning in Spring 2023. Township properties include:
• Township Hall at 3024 W. Weidman Road.
• Fairview Cemetery at 5490 W. Weidman Road (corner of Weidman and Johnson Roads).
• Beal City Sewer Lift Station at 2677 W. Beal City Road (small green structure to the east of the KC Hall).
• Nottawa Township Park at 2815 W. Beal City Road – including all baseball/softball fields; the Knights of Columbus field (directly south of the KC Hall) and all grass west of the KC field and Hall; must be kept to ball field standards.
Bidders must be prepared to provide the township with proof of liability insurance. Bids may be submitted by regular mail to Nottawa Township, P.O. Box 189, Weidman, MI 48893 or via email to nottawatwpclerk@hotmail.com. Bids are due by 12:00 p.m. on Monday, March 27, 2023. A bid will be approved at the April 3, 2023, township meeting
